Form H- Issue of receipt of intimation (Rule 9)

Form H is based on issuing the receipt of intimation. Once the intimation in Form F is received with all the documents, a receipt in Form G will be issued to the applicant online. And finally, the entire details with Form F, Form G and other important documents will be recorded in registers.
