Boundaryless Organization

What is Boundaryless Organization ?

A ‘Boundaryless Organization’ is an organization in which there are no metaphorical boundaries, unlike a traditional organization structure. While organizations have been traditionally known to have hierarchies as well as various verticals, a boundaryless organization would be devoid of the same.

It is a kind of organization in which the information is allowed to flow freely and the employees are encouraged to come forward and suggest new ideas to improve the efficiency of the organization.

This helps the company become more flexible and adaptable in the constantly evolving modern corporate world. Similarly, a boundaryless organization would have strong core values and a strong mission to ensure a smooth functioning organization.
