Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

What is Training Needs Analysis (TNA) ?

The term ‘Training Needs Analysis’ or ‘TNA’ refers to the process of understanding the needs of the staff members of an organization and training them accordingly in order to help them perform their duties effectively and efficiently.

TNA can be conducted on the organizational level, the team level or on an individual basis. However, in order to receive maximum ROI from the TNA, it is better to conduct TNA on all three aforementioned levels.
