What is Organizational Justice?
‘Organizational Justice’ refers to an employee’s perception of their company and the influence this image has on their own attitudes and behavior at work. As the employees interact with their company daily, they constantly judge their organization based on the actions taken by them.
These smaller judgments have an overall effect on the image of the company in the worker’s mind. As it happens daily, it is important to treat all employees with respect and take their opinions too before making any important decisions.
Organizational justice is concerned with everything that affects the employees like the salary, treatment by managers, gender equality, training, etc. As a result, it is very important for any company to prioritize organizational justice and make necessary changes as required.
