The term ‘Organizational Development’ is used in the case of developments that are undertaken on an organizational level. It prioritizes the improvements done on the overall organizational level by leveling up the internal processes, procedures, and culture.

 

It includes the scientific processes that aid an organization to achieve greater efficiency by developing and improving the structures, strategies, and processes. This enables the company to work as a whole and adapt greater effective working strategies for success.

 

The main goals of organizational development include enhanced financial performance, increased customer and employee satisfaction, improved engagement, easy adaptability to newer technology, etc.
