Talent Management

What is Talent Management?

‘Talent Management’ refers to the plans and strategies that a company uses to make sure that its human capital is working as required and make necessary changes if required.

It is an ongoing process and having an effective talent management strategy ensures that the right people are employed in the positions best suited for their skills, which ultimately helps the company fulfil its own goals and thrive.

Talent management is usually delegated to the HR department; however, the managers and supervisors also play a major role in understanding the requirements of specific job positions and making sure that the employees are satisfied with their positions.
