Form F – Application for Intimation

Rule 8: Application for Intimation of employers having less than 10 workers.

As per the  Shop and Establishment law, the employers must submit the online intimation in Form ‘ F ’ at the business’s beginning. All the details and all required documents are specified in Part ‘ C ’ in Form F.

Details of Part C of the Schedule: List of documents to be uploaded for intimation

1. Aadhar card of the employer
2. Actual photo of the workplace displaying the interior and the Name Board (Marathi) at the appropriate place of the company.
