It is a documented notice of maximum accumulated leave by the employers or managers to the employees.
In Form ‘P’, the employers communicate with the concerned workers to inform them that their carry-forward leave has reached the maximum limit allowed under sub-section (5) of section 18 in the first quarter of each calendar year. Form ‘P’ also informs that no further leave can be carried forward.
