Form B: Manner of registration of establishment (Rule 5)

After registration of establishment in Form ‘A’ is completed, the form is assigned to the Facilitator of the local office for scrutinising the documents and uploaded along with the complete details mentioned in the application.

Suppose the application is successful in all aspects. In that case, the Facilitator signs the certificate of registration in Form ‘B’ within seven working days, starting from the date of appearance of the application on his dashboard.

The applicant can download the digitally signed certificate from a particular site.
