The Act mainly reforms the employment conditions in the areas particularly related to the time of operation, overtime, holidays and leave, welfare, health and safety of the workers. In this Act, there are 3 forms: Form A, Form B, and Form C.

Form A

Every desired business person who is about to commence a new business can fill up Form ‘A’. This form is for registering the establishment into Act. After scrutinising the entire application and attached details, Form ‘A’ can be uploaded along with the details mentioned in the application.
