Rule 9: Issue of receipt of intimation

The shop and establishment law applies to all commercial establishments of 10 or more workers. If there are fewer than 10 employees, the employers have to submit the online intimation in Form ‘ F ’ of the commencement of the business along with the required documents as specified in Part ‘ C ’ of the Schedule.

After receiving the intimation in the form of FORM ‘F’, a receipt named FORM -G of the prior intimation can be issued instantly to the applicant online.
